I started my own practice in 1987 after serving four years as an attorney in the U.S. Army JAG Corps and a one year stint with the Rudnick and Wolfe Law Firm (now DLA Piper) in Chicago. I primarily practice Employment Law, Employment Discrimination, Wrongful Discharge, and Defamation (a more detailed list can be found below), in both State and Federal Courts. I serve Toledo and the surrounding areas ranging from Fulton and Williams Counties to Sandusky, Marion, and Lima.

Fees are discussed on an individual basis at the first appointment. I pride myself on being reasonable and fair in determining my fees. There is an initial consultation fee of $250 which is payable at the first appointment. Payment is accepted in the form of checks, cash, money orders, and all major credit cards.
